If you have a home based business and would like more exposure, why not rent a booth in the main building? With 40,000 people through the gate, the exposure is unbelievable. We need YOU !! The South Shore Exhibition is looking for volunteers to sit on a newly developed committee in search of Grants - municipal, provincial, and federal. If you have experience: searching out, applying for, and/or writing Grant proposals - we NEED YOU !!! Being a non-profit organization, we rely on many areas of funding and your expertise would be extremely helpful to us. It's a new year and it's going to be a great one !! We have some shuffle changes to our Executive and have welcomed 2 new Directors to the Board. Here's the 2017 Executive and Board of Directors. Herbie Eagle - President, Angie Brown - 1st Vice President, Robert Wentzell - 2nd Vice President, Tommy Mailman - Secretary, Cyril McInnis - Treasurer. Roddie Benoit (Light Horse), Wade Bruhm (Pulling Horse), Emilie Hayward (Show Horse), Richard Himmelman (Pulling Horse), Tylor Hurlburt (Oxen), Paul Olmstead (Media & Public Relations), Richard Pernette (Petting Barn & Poultry), and Greg Rodenhizer (Parade & 4H). We are working hard to bring you a variety of events and some of the best entertainment around. We will also be setting up a Twitter account and are working on a new website for a more updated look.
