MODEL CALL! I'm looking for models of the Furry Friend variety for a complimentary mini session in the next two weeks! At this time I'm looking for one each of the following: - DALMATION - ***UPDATE - SPACE FILLED***CAT OR DOG WITH 2 DIFFERENT EYE COLOURS - KITTEN UNDER 7 WEEKS OLD *MUST be available Monday to Friday between 10am-2pm in the next two weeks for the session. *Participants must be willing to sign model release to allow for the use of all images in an upcoming advertising campaign. Remember earlier today when I mentioned the fabulous client who referred my other amazing client that I just travelled to Mexico with? (did I mention how much I appreciate word of mouth advertising!?) :P Well, this is her! So truth time about what I was actually doing in Mexico last week... ;) Many years ago now, in what I think was the first year that I launched my business, I met a new client who was referred to me from another fabulous client (word of mouth referrals really are the best compliment ever!) Since that time, she has become one of my most loyal repeat clients - and I've watched her family grow over the years, having photographed maternity, newborn, first year milestones, first birthdays, and many family sessions in between. At some point over those years, she went from being a great client to a great friend who I've always felt like I could talk about anything with... When she told me last year that she would be having a destination wedding in 2018, part of me felt sad because I don't actually photograph weddings - I leave that to all of the amazing wedding photographers out there who specialize in that genre. I offered to help find her a great wedding photographer, I did research, I found names... but in the end, somehow, I managed to find myself on a plane last week headed to Playa Del Carmen to photograph my best client and her beautiful family on their big day! :P The entire thing was beautiful, from start to finish. The night before the wedding, I met up with them on the beach for some more casual type images - here are just a few of my favourites! Thanks again, Wayne and Jaclyn for inviting me along on this adventure with you - it was an honour! <3 Now that I'm back and the weather here seems to be on the up and up, I'm SO READY to be back outside photographing families!
