"Personally, I see no better way to spend my cold, rainy evenings than curled up in a blanket with some tea, feverishly unraveling the plot of some chilling mystery. Jaime Jo Wright had me hooked with this one. The House on Foster Hill is a brilliant, gripping page-turner, more than fit to be devoured by the next unsuspecting reader." --Elise T http://blog.houseofjames.com/2018/03/the-house-on-foster-hill.html

Friday March 9th, the House of James Bookstore & Coffeehouse had the pleasure of hosting the Thetis Island Caperwray Worship Team for some excellent worship and sharing. Students on this team are from all over the world and came with a variety of backgrounds and talents--there was guitar, piano, fiddle, and a variety of voices to make well-known worship songs fresh and captivating. Tonight, we have John Mcloughlin on banjo and his friends strumming away on their guitars as they blend their voices in rambunctious harmony. If you missed the great turnout tonight, check out our event page for upcoming events and all-around good times: https://www.houseofjames.com/?q=p.events&STG=RGyUsCJU7DpXXDai1W5ZchPlnXgk
