Easter is coming, and you girls have GOT GOALS! If you are going to indulge, I recommend choosing something that you've made yourself to avoid the chemical hangover/inflammation that the store bought choccies can bring! 😷 This recipe is full of gooey choccy goodness that actually benefits your skin!! Ingredients •3 medium eggs •75g coconut oil •4 tbsp cacao powder •Pinch pink salt •4 tbsp maple syrup •1 tsp vanilla extract •Fresh or frozen berries & coconut yoghurt to serve Method: Preheat oven to 185° • Add coconut oil, cacao, vanilla powder and baking soda in a bowl • beat eggs in a separate bowl • whisk choc mix into eggs one bit at a time • pour mix into 4 ramekins or a medium oven dish • bake in oven for around 10 mins (they're ready when they've risen to a dome but still gooey in the middle) • Serve with organic berries and coconut yoghurt • easy 🙌 @sheriiduff ⬅️ what she says 👌🏼
