Some modalities have us work on the positive aspects of life (and focus on them) with positive affirmations and the like. What they don't address is the negative bag of poop the positive affirmations are papering over.
This results in positive affirmations merely becoming frustrating without actually dealing with the real root issues because whilst they may feel nice in the moment they don't work long term (why would you need to keep doing them daily if they did!). When we deny the negative (or darker side of ourselves) it becomes repressed. We bury it down so deep that it effects us on a cellular level. We become depressed and unwell.
Other forms of therapy have us go over and over the terrible experiences we have as children - this just reinforces the wiring and thickens the receptors in the brain, causing the memories and the pain we experienced then to become stronger and stronger.
During the Emmote process, we acknowledge what is really going on for us in our heads. Negative beliefs which are hard wired into our subconscious from experiences during our informative years cause us in adult life, to have warped views of ourselves, others and the world. You could hear yourself, telling yourself that you are not good enough, you are worthless or stupid for example. None of these beliefs are real. But if we ignore them and try to pretend they aren't there they eat us up inside and prevent us from truly experiencing a full life, as we hold ourselves back and keep ourselves in our comfort zone.
The technique we use is very simple, by allowing the negative beliefs to come to the surface and acknowledging them in such a way that they are able to release. You let them go. The brain's hard wiring is fried and you no longer feel that way about yourself ever again. The voice in your head that constantly beats you up (the one that used to tell me to eat the whole pizza because i had a bad day, then told me that I am a fatty once I had eaten it!) gets quieter the more of this work you do, eventually creating a space for you to decide for yourself who you are for yourself and the world.
There may be some memories that have been suppressed over the years you feel that you don't want to think of again - and this work does sometimes bring them up - but once we let go of the emotional attachment to these painful memories, they become still photos in our mind instead of reliving them as though it were yesterday. You get to be free of them for good - leaving you with an opportunity to truly heal and move on. Repressing them further will only result in physical and mental disease long term - even if you have become so detached from them you can't remember them. They still damage you.
Once we get rid of the negative beliefs about ourselves, there is no reason to positively affirm anything. Because as we take away the layers of self doubt and destruction, we discover who we truly are - and that is perfect, whole and complete EXACTLY the way we are. You will be left with a quiet, peaceful mind - anxiety, addictions, fear, depression all begin to fade away.

WE DID IT! I am so excited to announce that the money was raised for the Ajna Light! It is now in transit on it's way to Crystal Clear Skies! It Didn’t Start With You: How Inherited Family Trauma Shapes Who We Are
It's quite common for intergenerational programming to surface in my clients sessions. Quite often it can be a case that they are aware of a destructive thought process yet have no recollection of the event that caused it (because they simply weren't there). It's difficult for a person to resolve something they aren't even aware of occurring. Like the article suggests, subtle clues are given in the language the client uses when talking. Not only do we discover the hidden programming in the sessions, they get an opportunity to release the emotional connection to the inherited event. Allowing themselves to heal in the present day but also clear up the emotional trauma for their generational line, past and future.

EXCITING TIMES FOR 2017! Hello beautiful souls! I trust 2017 has gotten off to an amazing start for you! It promises to be an amazingly abundant year in all aspects of our lives. It's a great opportunity to start new projects, build on your dreams and do something you have never even dreamed of doing before! My journey this year is that of my own Light Body Activation. I am in the process of integrating the 5th Dimensional Diamond Energy. What does this mean to you?! Who knows!? But I can promise you that it's going to be an exciting and mind blowing year of growth in terms of the Energy work I am able to offer. The Diamond Energy is one of the most powerful Energy system we can currently work with. You will be used to me working with 3 Dimensional Energy with APEC and deprogramming techniques which are amazing in their own right. I am able to share with you an ancient tried and tested experience in terms of deep Source Energy shifting, insight and connection. Working with intergenerational belief systems, current experience belief systems, trapped emotions, deprogramming and past life energy. The Diamond Energy will integrate beautifully into this existing system. Allowing access to multidimensional information and new ways to experience Energy healing which will support you on your own Spiritual Evolution and Self Discovery Journey. The Light can bring to you deep relaxation, meditative states, out of body experiences, multidimensional journeying, relief from anxiety, depression to name a few. I have recently introduced a powerful Orgonite plate into my sessions. The plate has been designed specially for the work we do together. Not only does it assist with the channeling that presents in the sessions, but it also acts as a powerful magnifier of your current state of being. So we can use this beautiful piece of equipment to bring to the surface parts of our hidden self which need to be addressed. Not only does the plate assist in one to one sessions, it is proving to be quite a remarkable connection tool for those who live in other countries and work with me over Skype. I am able to channel healing more directly whilst using the plate, supporting you as though you were in the room with me. Whilst you work through your session, I am able to remotely access your Energy fields and provide you with what you need energetically, We are all on this amazing journey together and I am grateful to be able to share this work with you as we grow.
