Seafood done right! Owner Joel Best started working on his dreams in 2010 with an idea to open up a fish and chip shop where locals of North Bondi had wanted one for decades.
In June 2011 Bondi’s Best Seafood was opened reeling you in with lively tunes, a relaxed beachside vibe and an array of fresh seafood cooked to perfection or prepared raw by Hirofumi Fujita. With over 20 years working as a Sushi Chef, Hiro really knows how to get your palette excited.
Joel started his chef’s career at The Pier in Rose Bay and moved on to work as such places like Fish Face in Darlinghurst, Boathouse on Black Wattle Bay, Flying Fish on Jones Bay Wharf and Fins in Byron Bay. These are some of the leading Seafood Restaurants in NSW over the last decade and beyond.
With over 15 years experience, Joel wanted to bring this quality to the table at a reasonable price and ended up with his interpretation of a fish and chip shop.
