The Memory Supply Co.
Description
Photography The Memory Supply Co. offers a new breed of photography styling for your family to enjoy. Our primary goal is to capture life's precious moments as they happen and translate these moments into beautiful snapshots, captured moments in time for you and your family to treasure for many years to come.
It is our aim during this process to see and record the memories that you may be too busy to take note of, hence the name: The Memory Supply Co.
It's our eye for fine details and all things beautiful that makes this possible. Maybe it's that photograph of your newborn's hair on their back that triggers your emotions, or it's the photograph of the row of birthday cards proudly displayed at your child's birthday. Or maybe it's that tear your great-aunt wipes from her eyes as you walk down the aisle... it's all of these moments that we capture for you to help supply you with life's greatest memories, the memories of YOUR life.
Headed and owned by Photographer Cherie McKay, who has over 7 years worth of photography experience. Cherie is well known for her writing and brings her sense of humour and fun into her photography. Her images are often described as being 'soulful and full of emotion'.
The Memory Supply Co. will be soon expanding its core team of photographers to offer you a diverse range of skills and experience to cover all of life's precious moment.
Cherie currently specialises in lifestyle documentary and outdoor mini sessions.

facebook.comExpert Roundup – Travel Photography Challenges | The Traveling Image Makers
Yesterday I announced my participation in The Traveling Image Makers monthly Expert Round Up and it got me thinking. It's time I shared some more of my travel images and stories but also, this is such an exciting achievement for me, I want to celebrate by giving back to my local community. Each month I'll be sharing a 'travel story and image of the month' but also I'll be offering a free portrait session to a local family or individual. Since coming home from the USA, I've felt as though I left chunk of my heart there. I can't decide if that chunk is a trail of heart dust over everywhere I've been or if I only left my heart in a few select places. Perhaps it's a combination of the both, but either way, there's something about traveling that has made me question the phrase 'home is where the heart is'. Home is where the majority of the heart is. I have a new found appreciation about 'home' and my local community. I've been able to love Melbourne more than ever, with less of my heart it would seem; such an efficient little beast she is. It's time for me to embrace 'home' and look at it through the lens of a travel photographer with the same wonder, perspective and interest. It's time for me to celebrate and get to know the people in my community. It's time for me to give back, hear and share stories. If you know someone who has a remarkable story to share and who would love a portrait session, let me know. Maybe they've overcome hardships, they're a family in need, or maybe they are an inspirational business owner. My only criteria is that they would be willing for me to share their story along with an image from their session. We all have a story to tell. Stay tuned for my first travel story of the month - and get those nominations started. #travelstories #Peoplestories
