Just a friendly reminder that if you order a custom product from us like the cushion covers please note that all custom orders are processed 7-14 working days as stated on our website unless prior arrangements have been made. Most of the time our orders do go out sooner but when we are overloaded with orders these are our time frames 7-14 working days. Express postage doesn't mean it will be processed quicker it will only speed up the postage. And if you leave a due date for us in the comment box like you want it in 7 days and don't select express postage and haven't made any arrangements with us for it to be processed quicker it will still be send normal post. We would love to send all parcels out in 24 hours but we do have custom orders and they do take more time and we pride ourselves in quality and service. Thank you for your support.
