Just want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, but Christmas got me thinking today in how many lonely people there are out there. As a lovely man, the chemist guy, who brings all the medications here at the village where I work, stated he wasn't having Christmas as he has no family, so is going to sleep the day away. We talked for awhile , it is sad. I said "wait a minute" as he is such a caring man, I went into the kitchen here as I've been making a couple of Christmas cakes for my client and one for me . I gave him the Christmas cake. Do you know this man had tears in his eyes, but happy tears. So lets look out for the lonely cause it bought joy to my heart.

Heimlich manoeuvre inventor dies aged 96

EAT SLOWER. CHEW YOUR FOOD. Dr Heimlich invented the manoeuvre to stop choking after reading about the high number of people dying in restaurants, previously thought to have had heart attacks, had in fact choked to death!!!! Prior to him, the choking treatment made it worse.
