An outdoor fitness group located in Narrabeen centered on the local community. We offer supportive small group training that includes all areas of fitness When you train with evo Narrabeen, the journey is more than just about fitness and individual goals. It’s about friendships, fun and feeling good (inside and out!). The Narrabeen group is all about motivating one another to progress through an authentic sense of community and companionship. evo's main training ground is Narrabeen beach, an iconic surfing and swimming spot, with other nearby locations adding variety to the weekly training schedule.
Being Mum's ourselves we offer a 9.15am session that includes a free creche. We understand that Mum's need that time out to focus on themselves.
