Rough & Bare is a wholefood cafe which prides itself on bio-individuality, nutrient density, gluten free, refined sugar free, primal, paleo, vegetarian, gaps, LCHF.
Rough & Bare cafe is be the first of its kind on the Northern Beaches and concentrates on educating the community and providing good food choices at a reasonable price.
Everything on the menu will make you stronger and will be advised by a naturopath and nutritionist. The optimal fuel for your body! Fuelling life!
Open 7 days &am-4pm. Kitchen closes at 3pm.
