Lazo's Burek was founded in 2005 by Lazar & Angela Nagradic. When the couple first moved to Australia in the late 1980s to seek a better life they wanted to utilize Lazo's skills. Given the opportunity to make a fresh start and do something creative, Lazo & Angela decided to make a career out of something that they were both thinking about doing for years: burek making.
They began by selling to friends and family and new friends they were meeting, but the demand quickly grew as their friends came back asking for more. Soon enough they were selling their product to local businesses, now they run a successful business from home catering to kinds of customers.
Lazo's burek & pita are made from only the freshest ingredients.
