Dear friends, firstly I’ll apologise for my tone deaf singing - it is highly unlikely that I’ll be taking on Beyoncé anytime soon. It just felt so right to break into song on this gorgeous autumn day. I thought long and hard about posting this to my business page, but sometimes it is necessary to go outside of your comfort zone. It is really important to keep expressing yourself in voice, movement and thought. Usually my expression comes through movement.
