when I was in my 40's I was tired all the time. Didn't have any energy to cook, let alone study or even watch TV. My hormones were really effecting me! I didn't know that at the time. feeling emotionally empty.... Sometimes I just hated being a woman! So after a long search to find an activity that didn't require me to think too deep wide or narrow..... that would nourish my soul...... with NO expected outcome I started an art class...... didnt know a thing..... I just turned up in my trakkies I was shown the way...step by step.... until I slowly came back to LIFE! Tuesday night art class turn up- paint- listen to some beats- learn something new- nothing to clean, no expectations! Thought of the Day folks.......it is 4pm Sydney time, and I am thinking I would love to share this quote with you! What are you going to do that is even remotely creative today before you go to bed? Tips: 1. Think of a thought in a different way-- like change the outcome. 2. Read ' Bum Magic" by Claudia Rowe ( hilarious!) 3. Say three words in a different language 4. Call someone 'spontaneously' and say HI! 5. Watch Eat Pray Love again imagine you have the opportunity to recreate your life....what would that look like?
