Fitness, nutrition and strength are all important factors of improving functionality and overall health within a human I’m inspired to expand the personal training industry, by gaining knowledge not only through my qualifications in fitness, but, in my Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and in the near future gaining my certificate in Olympic lifting.
That will enable me to provide information with: Muscle, bone and joint function, technique training (more specifically squats), strength and conditioning, sports and exercise nutrition and rehabilitation programs/training
