While there will be no yoga classes held, I will be available till 10th February for Healing or private yoga class.... or for that emergency when you need space to scream and/or breathe by yourself!!!!! Woman's body follows the moon cycle. Like the moon, it is full of creativity and light during the full moon 🌕or during ovulation then slowly as it wanes into darkness 🌑 or menstruation, her body retreats into the darkness to heal and nurture. Woman needs to respect this retreat into the darkness nourish her spirit and soul so that she can return again ready love and nurture her loved ones. It also affects her body chemicals causing her to behave erratically!!! Menses should not be viewed as a 'curse' but a blessing... a sacred time for woman to retreat to great woman cave of Mother Earth and nurture her self and soul. 💆🏽💕💜💙💚💛❤️

This is why I really believe in Angels!!!! Today, I was meant to be at work at 8:55am, but at 6:30 am my older son says he is unwell and won't be going to work. I normally drop him at a bus stop and drive to work. But today I had to leave the car for him and get hubby to drop me at the bus stop. As we pulled in front of the stop a bus was pulling out...it was one that would take me close to my work....I put my hand and the driver stopped....Angel at work!!!! He did give me a lecture.... but was very helpful as how I could get to my work.... I got to my station with with 5 minutes to walk to the school.... on time.... dot on 8:55!!!! Thank you, my Guardian Angel... in the guise of the bus driver!!!!🙏🏽🕉😇👼
