HOW DO I TAKE THEM:
The standard dose is 7 drops first thing in the morning and 7 drops last thing at night until the bottle is finished - preferably for 21 days.
The Acute or Short Duration Dose which is 3 drops as needed.
"Example would be taking Amethyst to increase clairvoyance, 7 drops morning and night, then before meditation each day, taking 3 drops to get immediate results, the three drop dose is the stronger one but has a shorter duration of action."

RAW BEAUTY. Harsh wind and heat in the middle of a 500yr old lava field in Pu'a Loa. We hiked it to a special area containing over 23,000 petroglyphs by early Hawaiian's. Despite the conditions, the feeling was overwhelmingly beautiful. Soft, warm and loving. Grandmother energy.
