RIP Steve Tharenou, a champion educator, past committee member at Panagia's, and a dear friend. Our condolences to Esta, Jenny and all the family. Funeral at St George tomorrow: THARENOU, Steve (Sam)Late of South Brisbane, formerly of Carindale. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving Family on 1st May, 2017. Aged 66 Years Loving Husband of Esta, much loved Father of Jenny and Leon, proud Pappou to Connor, Samantha, Izaac and Tiana. Brother to Con and Toula, Smilie, Angie and Mick. Doting Uncle and Great-uncle. Steve's Family wish to thank Dr Ian Williams, Anglicare and St Vincent's Hospital for their care. Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend Steve's Funeral Service, to be held at the Greek Orthodox Church of St George, 33 Edmondstone Street, South Brisbane, on Monday, 8th May, 2017, commencing at 1.30 p. m. , followed by the Burial Service at Mt Gravatt Lawn Cemetery.
