Over the next two months the Team here at Totally Pumped 24/7 will be doing their best to help raise awareness and funds for the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation. All the proceeds from Towel Hire at the gym will be donated directly to the Foundation, along with the proceeds raised at a Fundraising Class that will be held on the 29th of October 2017 (details to come). Monday Motivation! 😄 Alissa Chard has been a Totally Pumped member for 2 years. When she first joined, her goals were to lose weight & manage stress....she soon realised that she REALLY enjoyed going.....it wasn't a chore....she HAD to go, it became part of her daily routine. Alissa says, "Totally Pumped has a great atmosphere. The members are very focused on their training, it's motivating to see. The Trainers are all very inspiring, and I love that they encourage everyone to try strength training!" Her current goals are to do unassisted chin ups, perfect the clean & jerk, bench press 60kgs for reps, squat 100kg AND she had a goal of deadlifting 150kgs but she has just nailed that already!! Woohoo!! As well as smashing the gym, Alissa walks her dog & also does Aerial hoop once a week. I love seeing her battle wounds from this! 😂 Alissa says being motivated to go to the gym is EASY.....it's the nutrition that's hard...prepping food every week....BUT she has seen & felt amazing results from doing this. I have noticed BIG changes in Alissa, especially over the last 6 months. Girl, you are killing it!! Em 💪
