Hot weather, not keen on a hot meal with all sides. Why not freshen it up. Here's one option of so many. Warm roast lamb freshly carved with crisp and refreshing greek salad. Top it off with a healthy squirt of caramalized red wine and balsamic dressing. Yummo.
