Woodstock Farmers Market
Description
EVERYTHING offered is grown, raised, made, or produced by our vendors. Learn more at our website - http//www.woodstockfarmersmarket.org The Woodstock Farmers Market is a PRODUCERS ONLY MARKET which means everything you purchase at the market is grown, produced, or made by our vendors. Each vendor is inspected to ensure that all products are grown or produced by that vendor. You will find only the freshest, tastiest, in-season produce and plants. Of course, our other products.... beef, eggs, pork, honey, maple syrup, olive oil, seafood, cheeses, etc... are all produced by the vendors you'll meet at the market. We encourage you to ask questions and get to know our vendors.
Over the years, the Woodstock Farmers Market has grown, now encircling and inside of the beautiful Park in the Square on Tuesdays and Saturdays from May through October. At our market, you will find freshly picked in-season produce, including spinach, asparagus, tomatoes, sweet corn, apples, berries and much more. You’ll also find baked goods, local honey, pasture raised beef, pork, poultry, and eggs, maple syrup and delicious cheeses. In addition to all of these wonderful goodies to tempt your taste buds, you’ll find woolen products and fleece; delightful soaps and body products; knife sharpening, and beautiful jewelry and crafts. Plus…beautiful perennials; bedding, heirloom, and ornamental plants; hanging baskets, fresh cut flowers…the list goes on and on. And don’t forget to enjoy the delightful music that is part of every Market!
The Winter Market runs November through April and is held the first and third Saturday of the month from 9 AM to 1 PM. The indoor market is located at the McHenry County Fairgrounds in Building D.
