A SHOUT OUT TO OUR TEAM...it all began on Thursday evening & night...peeling, cutting and slicing ONIONS. See our assembly line - there is another table separating the slices (I didn't have that picture) to post. THEN ON FRIDAY & SATURDAY, volunteers TOOK THE HEAT and worked together @ FARMERS INSURANCE-ALLEN MORRIS property to feed the crowd. WHAT A GREAT WEEKEND for all...tired "yes" but DOWNTOWN VIDALIA "MAIN STREET" appreciates all of you for your hard work this weekend. Wish I could post a pic of all those who helped...but don't ALL! THANKS TO OUR CHAIR: LAURA BROWN & CO-CHAIR KELLY WINGATE for recruiting a great 'GROUP' to make this possible. OH - SEE, we even had our State Representative, Greg Morris who volunteered -- thanks Greg for your willingness to roll up your sleeves! We appreciate you too.
