We are located in Historic Downtown Hendersonville, and have been serving up Ice Cream, Fudge, Caramel Apples, and friendly service since April of 2000! Kilwin's is an old fashioned confectionery shop. We serve ice cream, chocolates, fudge, brittles, caramel corns, and more! We make many of our products in the store where our customers can watch. Kilwin's has great gift boxes (Chocolates are always a great gift!) as well as gift cards. We have a beverage line including Hot Chocolates and Mochas made with our Dark Chocolate and Caramel Lattes made with our Homemade Caramel! We get our coffee and espresso from Beanwerks in Asheville. But our favorite thing? Making sure our customers are having as much fun as we are!

As you know if you've walked into our store, we're not just about excellent chocolates, fudge, and ice cream. We're about great people who love what they do and love making a great experience for every person who comes through the door. As some of our most skilled staff head for exciting new experiences we'll be looking for new faces to light up our store this Spring and Summer. We need to hire 4-6 people for Counter Sales Requirements: • Cheerful disposition. Be ready to smile! • Available nights and weekends. We close as late as 11pm in the summer and sometimes don’t get out of the store until midnight. • Able to lift 40lbs. • Able to work up to 8 hours on your feet. • Can count money and handle making change. We need to hire 3-4 Shift Leaders Requirements: • Cheerful disposition and able to help other employees stay cheerful. • Leadership skills- you will be heading a team of up to 5 other staff. • Efficiency- able to prioritize and delegate tasks. • Available nights and weekends. We close as late as 11pm in the summer and sometimes don’t get out of the store until midnight. • Able to lift 40lbs. • Able to work 8 hours or more on your feet. • Good math skills. • Ability to problem solve. Prefer Experience in: • Leadership roles. • Using a cash register. • Food preparation. • Customer Service. *We are now accepting applications and hope to start training in April/May.
