Akron-Canton Adventure Boot Camp
Description
People impacting lives and encouraging one another along the way! Akron-Canton Adventure Boot Camp is a four-week outdoor women's program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer, Daniel Bahry. Each day, camp will be one hour in length starting at 5:30 AM. 5:30am is the "no excuse" hour, and allows you to get a jump start to your day. Work out while the world wakes up! Get your metabolism burning before most people even get out of bed.

facebook.comApparently my first take of this live video did not happen due to poor connection. It's unfortunate as it was really funny. Nonetheless, here was your 8:30am checkin. My plan is to do these checkins throughout the day live wherever I'm at and whatever I'm doing. The goal is to spread mass positive energy throughout our community (physical and facebook) all day! I love that I was able to get up early, work for a few hours, take a break to hang with my kids for breakfast and now refocus. Excited to share with you throughout the day.
