The National Veterans Golden Age Games (NVGAG) will embark on its 32nd year of competition for our nation’s senior Veterans, August 3-8, 2018, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The NVGAG is the only multi-event sports competition designed to improve the quality of life for all older Veterans, including those with a wide range of abilities and disabilities.

Hand-crafted quilts made for Veterans by the Taylor Valley Baptist Church in Temple, Texas were given to Veterans in the Community Living Center. The church holds quilting classes every Tuesday and has a gratitude for Veterans.

Retired 1st Sergeant Henri Grenier survived the bombings of Pearl Harbor 76 years ago. He served proudly in World War II, as well as the Vietnam and Korean Wars. Central Texas VA Staff are honored to serve him!
