I had a very strong feeling while I was at Mrs. America this summer that I needed to pass the torch of Refresh Nutrition to someone else to carry the flame as my heart was leading me other directions. I certainly had to pray on this but it only became apparent this was indeed the right direction. It so happened that the stars aligned and I was answering someone else's prayers. I have chosen one incredible woman and an exceptional team to continue the nutrition club! The club will be closed during the transition now and will re open in January! It is going to be incredible!! I will keep you posted as details emerge. The vision I had of planting a positive nutrition club in the Sauk Rapids Community did happen and I have a God fearing, energetic, knowledgeable, and passionate woman to continue that vision! I am so incredibly proud of what I have accomplished as well as the amazing team I have worked with throughout this past year. I have grown immensely and have created life long friendships. This wasn't in my written plan but I am reminded this is His story after all!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and Refresh Nutrition is joining in the fight! A portion of every shake sold in the month of October will go to our local Coborns Cancer Center. Every Thursday this month if you come in wearing pink a greater percentage of your shake will be donated towards the Coborns Cancer Center! "Supporting the fighters, admiring the survivors, honoring the taken, and never giving up hope"
