Description
The Main Fitness Center Serves all of Robins AFB personal. For more information go to https://robinsfss.com/fitness-center/ The Main Fitness Center includes: two workout areas in two buildings with over 300 pieces of strength equipment, 120 pieces of cardio equipment and over 140 pieces of weight training equipment. The facility also houses a 1/12 mile indoor track, 2 full size basketball courts, 4 racquetball courts, parent/child workout area, indoor cycling studio with 42 indoor cycles, wallyball court, table tennis court, tactical fitness training room, boxing area, mixed martial arts area, group exercise area with Fitness on Request System, 25 yard indoor pool available for lap swim, water aerobics, military training and rehabilitation classes.Male and female lockers rooms both have showers, DV areas, sauna and steam rooms.
