All of our fresh and delicious meals are heart healthy, low on the Glycemic Index and naturally low to no gluten so they are perfect for people with heart and glucose issues.
We prepare meals for a week at a time. We then deliver by courier if you are in our local delivery area or ship them fresh not frozen in temperature controlled packaging via FedEx so they arrive within 2 days. We recommend placing them in the refrigerator so you can eat them at your leisure. Our meals will stay fresh and delicious for 7 to 10 days in the refrigerator and can be frozen for up to 6 months and still retain their freshness and quality.
