Join our free PiYo class this Thursday -- March 9, 6:30-7:30 pm. Anyone can do it -- including Cassidy, Radiation Therapist, and her friend Autumn, expecting in July. PiYo is a low impact workout so shoes are optional. Bring a mat, towel, water and a friend! Call 574-948-5320 with any questions, and please notify the instructor, Quinn Fall Bowman, of any limitations that you have prior to class. Meet us in the Education Center.

Breast Feeding Support Group
