facebook.comKobe Japanese restaurant, owners and staff sincerely apologize for the incident that occurred at our restaurant on 11-14-2016 involving a disabled veteran and his service animal. We at Kobe in no way intended to cause any inconvenience to our customers that day. The circumstances of that day was not a true representation of our company and we have begun immediate review of protocol, training of staff and ADA (Americans Disabilities Act) regulations to ensure this will never happen again. Kobe Japanese restaurant welcomes service animals and their handlers to dine in our restaurant anytime. We fully support all military personnel and greatly appreciate the sacrifices that they make on a daily basis. Please accept this apology in knowing that we will treat every service animal and their handlers with the deepest respect and courtesy.
