The Elbert & Melzora Johnson Virtual Museum
Description
Virtual Museum, displaying items owned by Uncle Elbert and Auntie (Melzora) Johnson, opens April 27, 2016 in commemoration of Auntie’s 100th birthday. April 27, 2016, marks the 100th birthday of Mother Melzora Johnson, who went home to be with the Lord in January 2009.
Auntie, as her family endeared her, was a beautiful woman inside and out. Her husband, Uncle Elbert, was a wonderful man. Both were very caring and generous in many ways. They served the Lord together for more than 50 years of their lives.
In commemoration of Auntie’s 100th birthday, I have chosen to put on display some items both Uncle Elbert and Auntie had laying around their house. I’m calling this my Virtual Museum. I invite you all to walk down memory lane with me. Perhaps you can recognize some of these items from your childhood. Do you?
I will continue to add items periodically, so keep checking in!
