Welcome back to Northfield, Mohammed!

January 2017 It is with great pleasure that we announce the sale of Chapati to Mohammed Uddin and his partners. Mohammed was the head chef at Chapati for many years, before moving to Edina and running the Indian restaurant Biryani. He is now returning to Northfield and taking the reins at Chapati once again. I know that the Northfield community will welcome him back, and will enjoy his wonderful food!

Just so you can plan when to have curry, Chapati will be closed: Saturday 12/24/2016 Sunday 12/25/2016 Sunday 1/1/2017 Monday 1/2/2017. Best wishes to all, however you choose to celebrate this time of year!

It is St. Olaf College's Christmas Festival concert weekend again. Chapati will be open at 4:30pm both Friday and Saturday evenings (December 2nd and 3rd) so you can eat and get to the concert on time. And if you aren't there early enough to order off the menu, try our "Curry in a Hurry"! Limited selection of curries served right away. Happy holidays!
