Big news! Exciting things are taking flight over downtown Midland! We will have a new date & new location for next year's festival! *August 2nd-5th 2018* We will be partnering with River Days! Two long-standing events will be joining forces for one incredible weekend in Midland! Be sure to "LIKE" and "SHARE" our page so that you and your friends can stay up to date on all of the new and exciting changes!!!

Thank you to everyone who donated non perishable food items at the festival this weekend! Last year we collected 1067 items of food, this year we collected 2983 items of food!!! Because of the kindness & generosity of our community members we are able help feed many families in Midland County <3

Another successful Midland Balloon Fest has concluded. We want to first thank the sponsors, as without their support we would not be able to put on this free event year after year. Thank you to the schools for allowing us to share out balloons with your students and to the Pilots, crew, and volunteers for taking time out of your busy schedule to help put on such a spectacular show. Unfortunately, due to the winds this mornings flights have been CANCELLED. The 2017 Midland Balloon Fest has come to an end as no flights or activities will take place today.

Balloons are starting to stand up. You still have time to make it out to the glow!

Flights are a go! With the winds tonight it will be at the pilots discretion if they choose to fly. We will for have some balloons launching between 6 and 6:30.

Emergency vehicles have arrived and windjammers are putting on a great show!
