We are so excited to share the updates on Downtown Marion! Thanks to the Marion Star for the great recap and all things new here! Some of the updates you may not have known about already? The Harding Centre is getting a new restaurant! Entrepreneur Genti Koci, who owns OPA Grill and Tavern in Delaware, will be opening a restaurant with "a fine dining feel that will feature a menu of Mediterranean-inspired entrees, along with a large selection of whiskey and bourbon. Koci does not have a name or logo for his new restaurant and said that he is leaving that up to the people of Marion, creating a contest to see who can come up with the best name and logo, with the winner receiving $250." A new, contemporary Mexican-styled bar and Restaurant called Tre is slated to open in mid-October. Located in the historic old Maury's on Main, the taco, tequila (featuring 50 types of tequila!), and tapas bar is brought to you by the owners of Mustard Seed Cafe at the Depot out of Bluffton.
