Putting the sizzle into summer for over 30 years, Brat Fest is one of the Midwest’s largest and best, family-friendly music festivals right in the heart of Madison. The diverse music lineup, featuring over 100 bands, has something for everyone and will feature headliners Aaron Lewis, Gin Blossoms, Black Stone Cherry, and Bobaflex! But, it’s not ALL about the music. There will be a kids zone with plenty of activities to keep the youngins busy. Enjoy ice cold beverages and tasty food, including BRATS, of course. In addition, this year will include a worship service, a Hot Dog Jog, Saturday BratteyBall (Brat Fest’s version of volleyball) tournament, Bun Run, sports zone, Human Foosball, Disk Golf Course and a log rolling exhibition. New to the party is the Island Stage, which will offer table service drinks and food while you enjoy your favorite music. Free shuttle buses will be running between the zoo and Brat Fest all weekend, giving families the chance to see the new Arctic Passage exhibit! Honoring our Veterans we will have a 50’ Memorial Billboard with photos of all our Wisconsin fallen soldiers from the Vietnam conflict, National Anthem and Honor Guard, as well as other activities.
