Please join us for a glass of wine and a yoga practice that will leave you relaxed, refreshed and ready to face the rest of your week with a smile. This 1-hour slow flow/deep stretch class is for yogis of all levels, first timers to daily practitioners. $15 dollars covers the class and glass of wine or craft beer. There will be a limited number of mats available for you to use if you do not own your own. Instructor Casey Dean. Casey found yoga in her hometown of Crestview, FL in 2015 while searching for a healthy and sustainable way to relieve stress. She was immediately hooked and dove head first into all things yoga. As her commitment to her practice deepened, her priorities began to shift and she began exploring “alternative” life paths. In 2016, Casey studied under Bliss Wood to obtain her level one Reiki certification. Shortly after her Reiki training, she jumped ship on her 9-year career in property management and relocated to Macon, GA so she could create more space for her yoga practice. In 2017 she completed her 200-hour teacher training program at Homegrown Yoga in Warner Robins, Ga. Casey wants to use yoga to help you let go of the ties that may be holding you back from discovering and achieving the life your soul yearns for. She an experienced children’s yoga instructor and teaches many styles of yoga, however her roots are in yin, vinyasa, and restorative. Her classes are great for beginners; however, yogis of all levels will enjoy her dedication to mindfulness, inner peace, and self-discovery.
Ages 7-11 Kids’ Yoga Plant the seed and watch your little yogi blossom! In these classes, little yogis will enjoy a fun yoga practice to help build confidence, learn basic anatomy, mindfulness, and focus on the breath as a tool for centering. We will use music, games and yoga to encourage creativity, physical activity and relaxation. Classes are $5 per child and there are 15 mats available. Class capacity of 20 kids.
