Our doctors have proudly served local pet owners for over 30 years. We are able to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care. We are a busy full service animal hospital providing personalized service, convenience and individualized care for family pets in Lynn and the surrounding communities since 1982. We are able to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care including: affordable surgery, health care both preventative and comprehensive, risk assessments and vaccination plans, laboratory diagnostics, digital radiology and more. For client convenience we have an in house pharmacy and therapeutic and prescription diets from Hills, Royal Canin, Purina and Iams. It is our desire to provide the highest quality medical and surgical care to our patients and offer the best possible service to our clients. We will help owners to care for and protect their pets by providing comprehensive veterinary service to all animals in our care, with emphasis on courtesy, respect and appreciation for our clients. We will develop plans and solutions that meet the needs of our patients, their families and the community.

Treating Animals With Acupuncture
Our associate veterinarian Dr. Wendy Smille integrates acupuncture into her practice of veterinary medicine. She is certified in acupuncture, as well as doctorate in veterinary medicine. The American Veterinary Medical Association deems acupuncture part of the practice of veterinary medicine and surgery, and it is important to have strong knowledge of animal-specific anatomy to perform acupuncture on pets.

North Shore Animal Hospital is pleased to announce that we have added another veterinarian to our team. Dr. Kristi Magida is a 2014 graduate of Ross University. She has returned to the Boston area from Chicago where she has spent the past two years working in a very busy hospital in downtown Chicago. Dr. Magida is excited to be back in New England and looking forward to building new relationships with the people in Lynn. Welcome Dr. Kristi!
