Description
Feel the Burns Fitness is Boot Camp fitness sessions plus one on one personal training by fitness specialist Patrick Burns. I offer fitness boot camps where we come together three times a week. The workouts are designed for people with a beginner (no workout experience) to intermediate fitness level. The workouts will improve one endurance,strength, and flexibility. Most importantly we will be burning fat and having fun!!

I also do one on one personal training for anyone who wants to train alone or is at a more advanced level. Maybe you desire to build a large amount of muscle mass or increase your strength to a high level. I am here to help you Be the Best You can Be !
