DID YOU KNOW THERE IS A BREWERY IN LEESBURG FLORIDA? Our Nano-brewery is currently the only one in our area. You may ask what is a Nano-brewery? Nano-breweries: A new and increasingly popular segment of the craft brewing world, that are intentionally kept very small. These breweries usually don't brew more than one batch at a time. They are taking producing and drinking craft beer locally to the next level. Our small brewery setting lends us the option to be creative with many specialty brews throughout the year. We pride ourselves in brewing small batches 1/2BBL (15 gallons) at a time. Our beers change regularly and we rarely brew the same beer twice. So, every time you come visit us, it's a new tasting experience. We always have 6 of our own hand crafted beers on tap, but we also have 10 guest taps featuring great beers from small craft breweries across the United States. These beers are every changing too. Besides our beer, we have a pretty unique food menu. Being from Chicago, I wanted to bring some of the great foods I grew up on down here. Pretty much in every square mile, you will find a hot dog stand in the Chicago area. These stand feature Italian Beefs, Chicago Dogs, Gyros, Maxwell Street Polish Sausages, Tamales, Pizza Puffs and more. All unique to Chicago. We have recreated that Chicago hot dog Stand here in Leesburg Florida. In addition to the above-mentioned food items, we have even added authentic thin crust Chicago Style Pizza. If this is not enough on its own to bring you to historic downtown Leesburg, there are also many great small specialty shops and antique stores for you to peruse. Small business owners like myself, creating an afternoon of enjoyment for all that make the journey. Our hours are from 11am daily and 12pm on Sundays. Serving food till 9pm, 6pm on Sundays. DO YOU HAVE FRY COOK EXPERIENCE? LOOKING FOR YOUR OWN BUSINESS, WITH NO INVESTMENT? This is a unique opportunity. We have a brand new food trailer set up with two outdoor fryers on the trailer's covered patio. We have our own chicken and wing batter and make some of the best fried chicken and jumbo breaded wings. It's a recipe we brought down from the Southside of Chicago. We want to use the trailer to sell our chicken and wings. We would probably start with just the wings first, but I am open to input. The trailer has a permanent location in a highly visible parking lot at a high volume brewery with a Chicago style food menu. We are located in historic downtown Leesburg, just 10 minutes from the Villages. We host both a cruise night and a bike night. There are also opportunities to do some large off-premise events. So here is the deal; We pay all the permit fees. Food expenses comes off the top and we split the difference. No money upfront from you. I just need a hard working, honest and dedicated person to partner with us on this venture. I will be honest with you upfront. There will be some long days and it will take a little time to get people to learn about this new addition to our business. But once it takes off, you will be in a great position. (We sold over 300 orders in just 3 days at Leesburg's Bikefest from the trailer. Two jumbo wings and fries for $7) I am an expert at marketing and there will be a lot promotion for the trailer included in the brewery's marketing plan. Our Michigander Cheesesteak Artisan Sandwich. 1/4 pound of fresh Italian Beef on grilled Sourdough Bread with Mozzarella Cheese and sauteed Onions and Peppers. Along with a side of our homemade AuJus. We are even making up a batch of homemade Potato Salad :)
