74yo femalr pt presented with swelling and pain in area of tooth #12. After removing old bridge large decay beneath crown margin discovered. Anterior to #12 was 8 unit bridge and minimal bone in area of #14. Pt refused to remove 8 unit bridge and extend to 15 and with med complications pt refused #sinusaugmentation surgery. So we decided to do an #implantbridge 12-14 and new crown #15. We were able to angle #implant #14 to avoid #sinus and will be restored with a #customabutment. We love #dentalimplants and being creative to help our patients!! Today's fun case! #dentalimplant with #implantdirect Patient presented with broken/decayed tooth under an old bridge. Bridge was sectioned to help her keep crown on #10. Tooth #12 was extracted and #immediateimplant placed and area #11 had large bone defect so split ridge technique utilized with #hiossen kit and implant angled to utilize bone. Pt is super happy we could utilize her bone for #dentalimplants and not remove her other bridge.
