- Certified Home Inspector – Licensed Florida Home Inspector # HI4518, Certified National Home Inspector and INTERNACHI member.

- Insured - Fully insured with Errors & Omissions and General Liability Insurance.

- Professional Reports – Typed report delivered electronically complete with photos in a secure PDF format. It is easy to understand and includes a summary of the findings at the beginning of the report.

- Professional Appearance - Professional, personable and uniformed inspector.

- Availability - Many inspectors have other professions and perform home inspections on the side. For us this is our job. From 8 AM – 7 PM there is always a live person to answer the phone.  We are available 7 days a week with flexible hours.
