Developing community by connecting people, place, and history through beer and food crafted from real ingredients. We are the first and only craft brewery in Kerrville, creating a new industry and gathering place of which people in the community can be proud.

SAUSAGE MAKING CLASS!! Our friends just downstream the river at Zanzenberg Farm are hosting a hands-on workshop, June 10 from 5pm to 9pm at their farm in Center Point. Four hours covering everything you need to know: recipes, grinding, stuffing, twisting, tying, smoking and safety! Includes a meal under the trees, featuring our BLUESTEM WHEAT beer, pastured pork, and the bounty of the summer harvest. You'll also take home a personal share of your very own hand made sausage! $95 per person or $175 per couple. Class instruction, dinner, and drinks included.
