Kuttes Landing on Rainy River has been open for a couple days now, and even in this weather, someone is out seeking the elusive walleye. The stretch of River from Kuttes Landing to the dam at International Falls can be very productive. Border waters walleye season remains open until April 14.
Yes, the Ron Hall access in International Falls is open, and someone is out on Rainy River right now. The access is on Shorewood Drive in the west end, a mile or so downstream from the dam.
