Late Tuesday night I posted we were leaving town to attend a funeral for a family member. I'm very sorry some of you guys to not see that post. I have seen y'all's msg and I've been doing my very best trying to respond in between being with the family. We just got back on the road home and I'm responding as quickly as I can please feel free to msg me again I don't mind. On the left no kids weight 175, sucking it in, found an angle, took photo from top and used a "thin" filter. And here I thought it was good enough. After this picture in that dressing room I cried... I'm not saying it's not beautiful, but I wasn't happy. I wasn't healthy, yes I was thick with a ginormous booty but I saw the real me in the mirror, this bathing suit did not fit me like I pictured it would. I had cellulite all over my legs and butt even my arms, I had no stretch marks on my belly but I had them in other places. I didn't feel good on the inside I couldn't catch my breath up flights of stairs I got no exercise in I felt so bad often about who was in the mirror I always wanted to be "that fit" girl but never changed my routine or mindset I just had EXCUSES. I didn't start on a Monday and it didn't happen overnight but once I told myself I deserved health and happiness for my family and myself, I changed everything! Yes obviously it's tough at first but with consistency it just becomes a routine and something you JUST do with no excuses. Look at me NOW! 135 Mommy of a 3 year old streach marks on my belly BUT I don't care! I'm proud of my body and the work and investment I decided to put in for Myself. I'll be 29 this year and I feel younger sexier and healthier than ever and plan to always continue to do so! I don't "diet", I don't count calories, I dont "measure" I just have a healthy lifestyle and I still enjoy junk food on occasion. It's all about the right choices.
