THIS MOUTH WATERING PIECE OF HEAVEN IS MIXED WITH MAPLE AND BURSTING WITH BACON MOCHA DEATH ABV 7% Beginning October 1st, iron horse brewery will be offering mocha death. for this seasonal offering, we started with irish death. irish death is our dark smooth ale that presents a full malt flavor laced with caramel, chocolate, dark fruit, and a touch of sweetness. to this heavenly ale, we added fresh, locally roasted espresso beans and pure cocoa. the result is a bit of confusion. "should this go in my coffee mug, or my pint glass?" answer: both. this beer is up front with enormous coffee aroma, with the cocoa playing the sideline. until the taste. Lacking bitterness, the flavor comes forward with a rounded balance of coffee blending gracefully with the creamy malt body and soft cocoa flavors. dark beer, chocolate, and coffee. you're welcome. COZY SWEATER ABV 4.5% This year's version of cozy sweater in an oatmeal stout. malty, roasty, boozy, everything that you should want in a winter beer. enjoy it while you can. it will be a different beer next year, and every year thereafter. COZY-ER SWEATER IMPERIAL STOUT ABV 8.1% Imagine you have a sweater on, then you put on a mock turtleneck and a parka. that’s kinda what we did here. Who doesn’t love to be all bundled up and warm? We know we do. We took some of our favorite cozy sweater recipes from years past and warmed it up a bunch. This is an imperial oatmeal stout aged on hard maple, coming in at 8.1% abv, giving you all the amazing stoutness you’d hope for plus that warm fuzzy feeling that comes with drinking it.
