Fair trade, organically grown, small batch coffee roaster Coffee Shack Roasters was born out of a desire for quality, affordable organic coffee. In 2013, I began researching fair trade, organic, green coffee beans and coffee roasters. Eventually, I purchased a small batch coffee roaster and my first 200 lb bag of beans. For the last two years, I have roasted and flavored over 1200 lbs of various varieties of organically grown beans, and this past summer I was fortunate enough to move my business, beans, and roaster into the coffee “shack," and finally into a real shop!
