TRAINER HIGHLGHT . . "I came on as a trainer at MADabolic Greenville about a month after it opened. After having played D1 soccer in college, coinciding with a strict strength training program, and coaches for both, I was looking for somewhere that would not only push me as a trainer, but would also push me as a client. After I took my first MAD class, I knew I had found that place. I definitely have a love/hate relationship with most of the workouts, but I have never been/worked anywhere that has had such a structured yet diverse program. I may be a trainer, but just like any other client, I need someone to tell me what to do every day and help keep me accountable. Having recently had a baby, my recovery has been essentially effortless and I attribute that to a consistent programming of MAD workouts throughout my pregnancy. MADabolic has helped cut me into a better version of myself twice now, and I couldn't be more grateful." . . At a minimum, our trainers go through a vigorous 4 week On-Ramp Program to be on our floors in front of you. And most of them come to us with extensive athletic backgrounds and training experience.
