Kroc Center Weekly WOD! Keep pushing yourself! Deadlift 10-8-6-4-2 reps @ 50-60-70-80-90% of max. Run or Row 400 meters (.25 miles) b/w each set. I.e. Deadlift 10 reps @ 50% max, Run/Row 400m Deadlift 8 reps @ 60% max, Run/Row 400m, etc

Come out and enjoy the Kroc Center with your toddler on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month from 10:00am-12:00pm. We will have crafts, gym time and swim time that you can enjoy with your toddler. For ages 6 and under. $9 for the month or $5 drop in rate. Members recieve discounted pricing. Space is limited to 30 toddlers. We recommend preregistering for the day you plan to attend. You can register online by clicking on tickets or call 864.527.5948. Registration will end at 10:30am the day of the event.

Tomorrow we will begin collecting new and gently used winter coats, warm sweaters, hats, scarves, and gloves. These winter essentials will be distributed during our Kroc Food Truck ministry to homeless individuals in need right here in our community. You may drop off your items at the Main Kroc Membership Desk or in the Tennis House.

Weekly WOD! 12 Days of Christmas workout, for time. (As fast as possible) 12 - Pullups 11 - Toes to Bar (just do your best on this one) 10 - Wall Ball throws 9 - Slam Ball throws 8 - Kettlebell swings 7 - Goblet Squats 6 - Kettlebell Deadlifts 5 - Pushups 4 - Situps 3 - Burpees 2 - Box Jumps 1 - 200 meter run *If 1 round is too easy, complete 2-3 rounds for time.

We had lots of fun last night at Santa's Workshop!

We are still registering for this fun event tonight! Dinner will be provided followed by craft time in Santa's Workshop, play time, a movie, and hot chocolate.

We're saying farewell to an original Kroc staff member. Don Miller has been a part of Kroc Greenville since before its doors opened (2011), and has always been wonderful to members and staff alike. Don, we wish you all the best in Florida, and we will miss you dearly!

Our Facilities Department and some Aquatics employees worked hard to make repairs to the spa. All repairs are completed and the water is heating up. We will be reopening the spa tomorrow morning 12/13.
