Tag your friends, share the photos, and join us in giving a huge thanks to Lindley Battle Photography for capturing all the fun of Class On the Grass 2018. See you Next Year!
There is something about being a mom that makes some people laugh hysterically, others tear up with all of the emotion and still others give a side eye so hard that it could cut you like a knife (or a combination of all three). So when we were thinking about Mother’s Day this year, we decided that we had to chat with our teammate Ashley on all things mom and mom advice because we knew we would get the (funniest) truths and words of wisdom about mom-hood. We gathered a few of her favorite one-liners from her mom and a few that have landed with her 2 girls. Check them out (and share some of your favorites, too!). #truthbombs #forallthetimes “If someone says you can pet their dog, DON’T pet it on its head.” “If someone is lonely, always let them in to be your friend.” “Never judge a book by its cover, like if someone has something different about them, don’t view it as bad-different and don’t say anything bad about them.” “Parenting really isn’t that hard.” (cue our giggles and side eyes here… love you mom!) “Always cook bacon low and slow" Photo: Lindley Battle Photography
One of our core values at lululemon is Entrepreneurship and this month we are so happy to be celebrating this in a big way through our Makers in May series. Emma, the creator behind Narrow Lines Co. has always had an innate desire to make and has some big goals for herself over the next couple of years, including growing Narrow Lines Co. into a lifestyle brand and shifting it from being just “goods sold” to being a company that offers advice and promotes a good life through sustainable goods, self care and connection. Meet Emma in person on Sunday, May 13th between 12pm and 4pm at our store and see what she is all about! #soGSO #MothersDay #forallthetimes #MakersinMay

On Monday, April 16th, our local runners tackled the Boston Marathon. With temperatures hovering in the low 40's and steady rain that turned to hail, the conditions on the course were #lessthanideal. But when you have done the work for Boston, you show up and you run. Congrats to all six of our amazing runners who fought through horrible conditions to finish the 2018 Boston Marathon. We are simply in awe of each of you! #morethanmiles #soGSO Alicia Rider - 3:13:24 Pat Hester - 3:39:28 April Irwin - 3:47:56 Lauren Bianchi - 3:48:43 Evan Logan - 4:00:41 Sally Maley - 4:38: 34
