Well the old gal isn't looking so sharp (pun intended) at the moment but we like to say she's airing out a little and taking a deep breath after so many years closed up and claustrophobic. She has new detached garage at the rear alley entrance and her foundation is being stabilized before any more work happens.

UPDATE: Project McAlpine

Painting done on exterior, cabinets are on their way, and painting is about to begin on the interior. This 4BR/3BA home will be a great open family home with nice backyard, on a great street. Updates to come - stay tuned!
